A Painting a Day

This guy has incredible oil painting skill. His daily paintings are small and mundane, but they are very very good. I doubt most of y'alls will want to keep daily tabs on it like I do, but have a glance anyway.

I plan to do this when I get time too - that is to say, probably not till the summer, if I manage the motivation at all. I have a ton of files picked out from my collection of stock/reference photos that I'd love to paint for practice. It's not nearly as good as doing stuff from life, but I'm somewhat limited by my primary medium being the computer, and my inability to find interesting subjects in my surroundings. Well, it's a place to start... I'll be working on other pieces with my art teacher during summer anyway.

Trying to work hard on finishing ::points down:: that picture before school comes around to kick my ass again... Still quite a bit to do, and I need greatly desire to have it ready before I go home for break.
