God it's been a BAZILLION YEARS since I've art. Doodled a bit to get back in the groove, feels like it's promising enough to keep going.

Got this thing on Wii U. It's no Photoshop or Painter or even SAI, buuuut can't help showing off on Miiverse having fun.

I've got one more pic I'm working on, then I should... probably go work in a more productive medium until they come out with oil paints for this thing.

So I opened up Maya for the first time in over a year because I can't draw geometric shapes or perspective. Totally forgot how to accomplish anything, but at least my fingers still instinctively remembered how to move the camera and the move/rotate/resize tools!

Placing the blame on ling84 and loobywibble, I made my own Zelda cake toppers for my wedding. I kind of wanted to keep it a surprise, so I hadn't posted any progress shots previously. Today I put the final finishing touches as best as I can, so it's ( finally time to show it! )

Well, I still have a good amount of clay and wire left. Maybe I'll do this again someday... but definitely bigger.

Well, I said I wouldn't prioritize this thing but that doesn't mean I don't still want to work on it. :P

This one went faster because well, I didn't have to paint 90% of a body. But still didn't make up any time.

So back to teenage girls, I guess. But MANLY. :D

So I did the math and if I were to get this done by APE, I'd basically have to finish one character per week (with a tiny bit of leeway but let's not talk about that). Fortunately, so far my new job's been pretty accommodating ;) so it's just my own laziness sleepiness holding me back!

(And I feel bad for all the other projects I'll have to leave by the wayside for like half a year. Gotta have goals, though...)

According to esoteric methods*, my cross-stitch is 12.6% complete :D That number doesn't account for the detailing (outlines, etc.) I still need to do, but it's a close enough estimate. Sooo, 1/8 through after about 6 months' work... 3.5 more years to go! YEAH!

* I have a Photoshop file where I keep track of the squares I've stitched. Recently I did a little googling and found the feature that tells me how many pixels have been filled in. :D

Heeey I used to "be" a "writer" once upon a time. Somehow (as in, about 10 agonizing words at a time), this got done. Not that I think anyone here is following this story, but at least you can look for typos for me, if you want.
