I wonder when's the release date...

Today a large crew of people were shooting a film in front of the library. They set up a snack bar right next to the vending machines, and (somehow) crammed a number of cars in the area right before the steps to the front doors. I dunno what the plot entails, but since the movie is called Art School Confidential (as I later overheard), I guess that explains the whole group of actors (extras?) milling around carrying large sketchpads and portfolios and such. There were also several actors in very convincing policemen getups to go with the very convincing police cars - well, convincing except for the "NYPD" paint jobs down here in sunny LA. =P I didn't stick around long to watch the proceedings, so I didn't see any scenes being played out, but things were pretty lively the few times I passed through. Yuup.
