High and mighty? No, not me

I love this thread. Finally, people putting into words, intelligently, the feelings I got from taking the painting class here, where we were clearly taught how to BS think "art-ly", not how to *paint*. The only technique I learned from that class was how to build your own canvas w/ stretcher.

And I'm way too sleepy to say anything more about the subject. You're welcome to argue with me, though, at a more coherent time. =)
