Belated update

I've managed to wrench myself from the grasp of Final Fantasy VII for now, but it may yet entrap me again when the weekend rolls around. I don't really find it all that impressive gameplay- and graphics-wise, and I know it's a dated game but Ocarina of Time still impresses the hell out of me in those aspects every time I play it now so no excuses there. =P What really grips me is the unfolding of the storyline, and I have to admit it is rather refreshing to have a main character with an actual personality, though a rather twisted and broken one it is.

Anyway, I'm still on the first disc, having just recently ventured onto the world map, so no spoilers plz. =)

The CS classes are gonna kill me this quarter... I think I can handle them if I put effort and study for them properly, but I seriously can't rely on myself doing that, especially later in the quarter. Le sigh...

Anyhow, yeah... need to play FFVII someday. >.>;; But I've been listening to IV, V, VI OSTs lately and it's making me nostalgic for good old sprite-based world map wandering. (Yay for FFIV and FFVI world themes.)

Have fun trying to get a gold Chocobo and finding Knights of the Round and all. ;P
