Everybody loves Link.
I went to Fry's today. They had a table of Soul Calibur II. There were three stacks of the X-box version, one stack of PS2, and no Gamecube to be found anywhere.

(Anonymous) 2003-09-07 12:59 am (UTC)(link)I've never seen a fighting game with more possible moves, which means half the time you try to do something, you get something else, which means you can't do much more than button mash with a purpose. It seems like it could be so beautifully strategic, until you actually fight a moving opponent, when it turns out that things happen far too fast to think it through.
...hey, that actually sounded like the start of a worthwhile review.
Anyhow, you must come over sometime! Like, tomorrow. :P

J/k. But my mom is not nearly as generous at games as yours, keep in mind dear.
Sadly, I don't think I'll be very free till after Catherine's party...
