The new Harry Potter 6 soundtrack has a really pretty track - 02 In Noctem. It's almost too good for Harry Potter and I foresee it being great for getting in the mood to do some tarot-ing.

Haven't seen the movie yet and looking forward to it being great, just based on this soundtrack.

Ok, I'm sold purely on the basis of that song. Hopefully they won't have chainsawed the plot quite so much this time round.

Don't expect to hear the full song in the movie. Nonetheless, reviews have been saying it's one of the better if not the best HP films so I feel pretty secure.

Having finally ordered the soundtrack it turns out you were partly right!

From the composer's comments:
"...The piece was written early during the production period so that the Hogwarts school choir could be filmed singing it, but due to the inevitable chanegs that take place during the making of such a large-scale film the sequence was omitted..."
"...If you listen to the middle chanting section you will find that it appears in nearly all the significant Dumbledore sequences..."
