Puffer tank diary, day 4
Last night Kevin reshaped the substrate, which meant that I had to replant most of the HC (baby's tears). NEVER AGAIN.
We replaced the piece-of-crap filter with a new, competent one, so the water is clearer now. Hopefully it'll be even clearer after the dust from last night is totally settled.
Case in point: snail doing a dance on the water surface on Sunday, because we had the filter off because it was loud as hell and had no suction. It can't do that now!
Close up on the wood. It sinks now without being weighted down, yay!
On Saturday I was planting the baby's tears with the water half-filled, so this anubias nana got kind of dried out and wilted, as you can see in the older picture on the right. It's recovered now, though obviously there is still some damage. I reckon it'll pull through.
