nothing

I miss drawing. :( Somebody tell me something to draw. The idea I like best just may get drawn-ed.

Big things have been going on, but I don't have time to talk about it now. Sit tight, y'all.

Ganbatte! Hang in there. :)

I don't have any ideas for you to draw (yet), but I figure that's for the best b/c it'd probably be a better use of time for you to catch up on sleep and get some rest.

THAT IS NOT THE BEST IDEA

but probably the most sensible.

Here's an idea: go find a favourite scene from a favourite fanfic and draw that! There are so many awesome scenes in stories that are so vivid in my mind that I find myself doodling them when I'm meant to be concentrating in lectures.
If that fails... draw porn. Always helps.

Yeah, I've considered that. Viable!

I leave it to you to determine just what "that" is referring to

How about some tarot cards? ;P

Also, found this in the site referrals. Maybe you've already seen it before:

Dammit you guys, when I said "draw" I meant "doodle", not "full-time involved project". >P I'm 2/3s through the 6th book okay!?

That site is lame. Nobody has put as much ridiculous obsessive time-wasting thought into a proper deck as you and me. ;P

Sometimes, I have similar thoughts about fic I read (i.e. "mine is so much better thought out and in-character"). And then I realize that, hey, at least they have something written. Totally not saying that the second part should matter here or even applies (since they don't have any illustrations either), but that was the first thing I thought of. ^^;;

I can't think of anything specific, but I think Paper Mario doodles would be cute. I just recently discovered how neat and creative that game is -- though I haven't had the courage to try playing yet. ._.

That's why I don't read fic anymore. ;P Rising standards! Anyway I pseudo-updated (http://tarot.twin-elements.com/) tonight so progress is being made, dammit.

Paper Mario is <3 <3 <3. Don't be scared, you have a bazillion hit points. Unless you mean have no time.

*gasp* Update! And you didn't even have to ask me for the FTP info again like my sister keeps doing. :P

I mean I can't aim my jumps to land on top of goombas instead of in front of them. D:

It's the miracle of letting the computer remember for me

LOL yes. Okay so a while back I downloaded a rom of Super Mario Bros. thinking "I'm a gamer now, surely I can beat this." Then I proceeded to run and/or jump straight into the first Goomba. 5 times in a row.

And then I started playing Super Paper Mario and did the same thing in World 1-1. At least it didn't kill me that time.

[identity profile] ctrl-a.livejournal.com 2007-11-07 03:12 pm (UTC)(link)
Yup. I only make it past the first goomba in Super Mario Bros. about 50% of the time.

Then there was watching James play. Flipping has the interesting effect of making you think you're invincible. Which is true if you're out of the plane of fireballs or thwomps, but not true if you're running off ledges. ^^;;
