Edit: Beat the game! Final impressions to come.
Things that amaze me in Twilight Princess:
- Icy floors.
- The night sky. Look for constellations!
- Swimming underwater, anywhere outdoors.
- The beauty of a certain deceased queen.
- The depth of the 3rd dungeon's boss room.
- Respect paid to OoT and other previous games.
- Picking up kitties :3
- Link's smile.
- Edit: Arbitrarily destroying one certain enemy in the 6th dungeon. Oh god XD XD XD
- Edit: The lighting effects in the 8th dungeon.
- Edit: Enemy battles in the 9th dungeon, particularly the boss.
- Edit: Midna at the end of the game.
Things that disappoint me in Twilight Princess:
- Zelda's role, or rather lack thereof. Such a weak character, they could have done so much more. =(
- The seeming-promise of a Sheikah village. Damn tease.
- Edit: The music in this game just doesn't seem as memorable as previous games, save for like a couple of tracks.
- Oh god I need component cables the pixel compression! XO
