This is in-freaking-sane.  I was completely ready to believe Smash Bros. was just not ready for presentation; after all the development only started like less than a year ago.  BUT BUT!!

* Newcomer ZERO SUIT SAMUS!  WITH A LIGHTSABER GUN!

* Newcomer WARIO!  WITH A FART ATTACK! uhh

* Newcomer SOLID SNAKE!  MAN WHAT!!

THE GRAPHICS ARE UNBEARABLY GORGEOUS!!  THE MUSIC IS DONE BY NOBUO UEMATSU WHAT THE HELL!!!  FREAKING SUPER MOVES!!

I guess I'm the only person who finds the music a bit overblown. ._.

I mean, it makes me think of Metaknight as Sephiroth and Link as Cloud duking it out in Advent Children. -_-

But Metaknight looks cool. He's like a rounder, hopefully slightly heavier version of Marth. :D

Also, the moves look hella omni. o_O Like Mario's cross-the-stage punching thing.

The music is supposed to be overblown and silly. =P Why else would you have UEMATSU write you an ORCHESTRATED theme with lyrics in LATIN and then have Wario fart the hell out of everyone

Metaknight looks way more omni than Marth. Those sword comboes? I mean, of course they could do less damage than what they sound like. And plus he can fly. In theory.

I find it interesting that you have to collect an item to do a super move. I wonder if that's the only condition though? Like does it automatically activate like a Starman, or does grabbing it just let you activate your Attack of Death/Fire/Cooking at a chosen time?
